My Weekend

8.15.2011

My weekend was a much needed weekend for my family. We had a busy and fun day on Saturday, but then on Sunday we really just kinda relaxed. Its probably one of the best weekends we have had in a while.
Baby Bear had a blast. She got to try a ton of new things. She had mexican food, frozen custard, corn dogs for the first time, and donut holes! This weekend I started a blog for her. I thought it would be a good way for her family who doesn't really see her to be able to keep up with her life, plus i can have a little fun with it. Who knows, maybe when she is older it will be something she will like to look back at and take over on her own.  But it's like she knew that i would kinda be documenting what she was doing because she was so freaking cute this weekend! like yesterday i ran upstairs to put away a load of laundry. Well when i was upstairs Papa Bear asked her what time it was. She looked at her wrist as if she was wearing a watch and said "It's six! "( it was really like six-thirty). He said " thats right! its bath time!" then she said " early" haha. Then he said "It's a little early but not too bad" It was hilarious. She normall takes a bath around seven.  We say the time when we say its bath time sometimes but we had no clue that she was every really hearing us, and that she would tell us what time it was when it was bath time! Papa Bear came up and told me and it was hilarious!
I also get to start designing my first blog today! My friend is opening a not for profit clothing donation closet. I told her that I would help her create a blog for her and keep up with it. That way I can use it as an example of my work when I really get going and she will have a way of getting her word out there to everyone! I am super excited! She will be coming over tomorrow to see it and that makes me even happier. Baby Bear will be able to play with Charleston and Chase and I will get some time with an old friend!
