Get It Together!!!

I love that I am the person that alot of my friends come to for advice! However if you don't want me to be honest don't come to me... I will do my best to put whatever I have to say in the friendliest way possible. On that note here goes....
This is not just to one particular person, but if you aren't happy with something in your life then get your butt off of the couch and start working to fix it! If you are unhappy with your weight then just talking about it isnt going to do anything. Even if you just start out very little, get up and go do something. It could just be a simple walk outside or join a gym and change your diet a little. You would be suprised what a morning walk can do for your day!!!! But if you are unhappy with your job or lack there of and it is causing you to not be able to take care of your family and that is causing u anxiety issues then fix it!!!! Go look for a better job and something that might make u happy!!! Another thing that I need to say is that medication isnt a cure for everything! Some things you really do just need to do yourself! You may not change over night but you are the only one that will make yourself happy!
I have alot of things about my life that I would love to tweak! But I know that I am the only one who can do these things! Like I want to change the way I dress this fall and look a little more put together and a little less plain Jane! I want to start college to get a better job to be able to help support my family. But until then I want to be the best that I can be with my daughter! I will work on all of this slowly but I know that is the only way I  will achieve the goals that I have for myself!
The moral of this is that ONLY YOU can determine if you are going to be the person that you want to be. Someone might be able to be there to help motivate you but they cant make it happen for you!
