Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chuck or ground round
- 3 carrots
- 1 1/2 celery stalks
- 3 good sized potatoes
- 1/2 vidalia onion
- 1 quart beef broth
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
- Brown and drain your meat
- Chop all of your veggies into bite size pieces
- Add your veggies into the pan with your meat and cover with your beef broth.
- Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer until your veggies are soft.
- Now you mix together your flour and water and then stir it into your pan until the stew is to the thickness you like!
You are now ready to serve!
