I know what you are thinking... Isn't every evening a family evening? Well, today I'm going to let you all in on something that, until today, I have never mentioned on my blog. When we moved to our new state we decided to start out sharing a house with my MIL.
This has meant many changes because we were used to living alone as a family of three. But that may be an all new post on it's own. Now living with someone else, those few nights that we have just the three of us mean a ton. We have tried to have a family night within the last week a few times. But every time we tried, my MIL ended up getting off work or being able to get home in time to go with us. On Saturday night she had some plans with a friend so we finally got our family night!!!
That was HALF of an onion loaf. Can I just tell you how sin-fully delicious this was? There was absolutely no clean way to eat it! And my meal was amazing too!
But it was kind of a celebration night (finishing the most designs in a week I have ever done along with FINALLY having a night just for us) and we wanted to make sure it was a super fun night for Baby Bear too. So after dinner we walked in to the theme park and played tons of games. We let Baby Bear choose them and we tried to get her as many tickets as we could. We ended up with 195 tickets. That sounds like a lot right??? NO! She literally got candy and a little plastic snake. But she had an amazing night and we were all in such a great mood!
I love night like this and will always treasure them!

How fun!! We lived with my mom for the first bit when we moved back to my hometown and those family nights really do mean so much more!
