Taking Tiffany Back | Week 5

Hello everyone!!! 

Okay, so I promise to start posting soon with more than just progress posts. I am hoping to post some clean recipes on here soon as well as just some personal posts. Time just keeps escaping and then another week has gone by.  In fact I am already halfway through week 6 so this post is a little late. 

I finished WEEK 5 of the Jamie Eason Live Fit program on BodyBuilding.com.
Week 5 was definitely WAY more intense. Every single day that I went to the gym I was nervous about my new workout for the day. But I felt great after I finished and I was at a whole new level of sore. So I would call that a success. I really only lost a half a pound this week but I have known that there would be a point when I would stop losing as much weight every week. Plus I had one hell of a cheat meal with my family at our favorite mexican restaurant. Other than that I have still been doing really good with clean eating. Sometimes it is hard since the whole family isn't eating the same way. But it's a lifestyle change and not a diet. So it's a work in progress.

Now that I am halfway through week 6 I can't wait to see how next weeks progress photos are.
