Week 8!!! Phase 2 Is Over

Oh my gosh!!! I have officially finished week 8 of the Jamie Eason Livefit Program from BodyBuilding.com today! I am honestly so proud of myself for getting this far. Today was weigh day as well as progress photo day. Only today I did photos after my workout so I look like a hot mess.
165.5 lbs

I am still at the same weight as I was last week, but I can see a slight different in my body. So that means I am gaining muscle and losing fat. 

Overall I am so proud of myself for this week. I did really well with the eating part if you exclude my one cheat meal. But I allow myself one cheat a week because this is a lifestyle, not a diet. If I permanently take away all of my favorite foods I will NEVER stick with it. 

Then my sweet friend Kelli told me that I inspired her to try the program. I can not even begin to tell you how this made me feel. I know that I am two months in, but I still feel like I just started and every day is a HUGE learning experience for me. So for someone who I love to pieces and think looks amazing as is to tell me that I inspired her to try this program... I honestly almost cried. And it definitely helped give me a little push today at the gym. 

For anyone who is just starting this... It's about progress, not perfection! Every good decision is a great thing and the workouts are honestly fun for me! It's twelve weeks. Stick with it and I guarantee you will see results. I am  NOT perfect with this at all. I don't follow the meal plan strictly and just use it as a guideline. I drink a ton of water every day, and I take my vitamins. I love the protein, but ran out and it's a little expensive to buy more so I am just trying to get a lot of protein in my diet. I am not following it to the t with food and supplements. But I follow those workouts religiously and do the best I can in the other areas. But I am still seeing a change and feeling better about myself every day. If I can do this, so can you!

Now tomorrow I start phase three and I am terrified. Phase two was challenging to me, phase three is going to flat out kick my ass! So if you see on Facebook that I have gone to the gym and I never check back in then you know that I am laying on the floor sweating to death. lol
