Week 9 is DONE!!!

Can I just start out by saying "HOLY CRAP!!!"?

Phase 3 of the Jamie Eason Livefit Program from BodyBuilding.com has kicked my ass this last week!!! But I have to admit that I am LOVING it! I'll be honest with you guys, I haven't food prepped in weeks, but I have still been eating clean 90% of the time. I have also changed the time that I go and workout. Now I get up around 5:30 and eat breakfast, then I go straight to the gym. Going earlier is so great because the gym isn't busy and I can get my workouts done more efficiently.

It has been hard work, but so worth it! Even though I have been the same weight for over a month I can still see differences in my body when I take my progress photos. 
165.5 lbs
I am so ready for week 10 now. I just finished writing out every workout for the week and am about to go cook my lunches so that I stop eating what I can find that is healthy. 

LET'S DO THIS!!!
