Taking Tiffany Back | Week 3

So last week I posted about weeks 1 and 2 on the Jamie Eason Live Fit Program on Bodybuilding.com. As of Thursday I finally completed week 3!!!!
This is how my week went at the gym.
I have to admit that I love that it went up to 5 times a week verses just 4. And my workouts went from 40 minutes to 1 hour.  The workouts were definitely more intense and I feel like I am getting way more out of them. 

I also started really sticking to the meal plan and started eating clean this past week. Last Saturday I spent a couple of hours meal prepping lunch for the whole week for myself andI have made a couple of different homemade protein bar recipes that were AWESOME.I have also looked up a new recipe almost every night this week. That along with ordering the supplements stack from Bodybuilding.com, (shipping and everything for the supplements was about $70, but honestly as long as your taking the right kind of supplements, the brand isn't that important) I have noticed a huge difference in everything! 

So far I am down 8 pounds. I know that the number isn't huge, but the difference to me is DEFINITELY noticeable! I have looser clothes, more energy, and definitely more confidence in what I am doing.  Today I actually started week 4 and I am now only 1 week away from completing Phase 1!!! Once I complete phase 1 mama is getting a new pair of shoes!!! The ones I have been wearing are way too old. haha!

So thinking of joining the program??? I have one thing to say.  DO IT!!! There is so much information on this program available and you wouldn't believe the support group that is out there when you are working on getting more fit! Any questions about it, just ask!!!

  2. Woo Hoo! You go girl! I can definitely see that 8 pound difference! I love how you have the gloves and everything. You look totally badass ;-) What app are you using to plan out your workouts? I'm still "thinking" about this program but would have to join another gym. Thinking about joining our YMCA. Also, what are your plans for the upcoming holidays? I think I can stick to eating clean every day, but holidays I end up going nuts, haha.
