Holiday Crafts

So as a mom I am realizing that I want the Holidays to be as fun as they possibly can be for  Baby Bear . I don't know about you but I loved doing crafts when I was little. She is just now getting to the point where we can start doing things like that with her. So on Saturday after she took a nap I started prepping our craft area. I taped some garbage bags down on the floor and filled some paper plates with paint!

 

She LOVED it. We painted a little surprise for each of her Grandparents. Grandma  should be getting hers soon and Nonna will get hers on Thursday when we have our Thanksgiving dinner. She painted for probably an hour... Then we had to attempt to take the paint away. The only way I got her to stop crying was to offer to paint her nail... Which are already messed up. But I'm hoping that this was the first of many crafts that we do together as a family. I am already looking on Pinterest for Christmas craft ideas...
