Thanksgiving Day Events

Well today was a BLAST and a very long day!

When I went up and started showering  for the days events  Baby Bear  went into her room to play. Papa Bear was only a minute behind her but when he walked in this is what he found...

It was ADORABLE! She just decided to climb into her toy box and play there. I guess that's as good a spot as any and way less messy because she never pulls the toys out of the box!  After we were all dressed and ready we got into the car and started the hour drive to the Midway Meal House. We were doing our dinner there because it's closed and it's a central location for everyone.  Baby Bear , luckily for us, napped most of the way there so we didn't miss our nap. When we got there we started decorating . 

I think it turned out very pretty, and this was only half of the restaurant.  Baby Bear  was even helpful in getting everything set up. I can't believe how good she was and she had no problem just helping her Aunt T put things on the table. Once the dining area was done Papa Bear and I hopped into the kitchen to help my Mom with some of the cooking and to cook our two dishes that we were supposed to make. We mad stuffing and  green bean casserole. Everyone had to make food and bring it... Which made sense since there were going to be like 30 people there!

 Could you imagine just one person making ALL OF THAT FOOD. And to think that not all of the food was even there yet!!! It was all so good and it was the first time that almost all of my family was in one spot together in a very long time. Then we did an ornament exchange and  Baby Bear  was adorable handing out the boxes for the first half of it... Then she got bored and let someone else hand them out. 

Overall she was REALLY GOOD for most of the day. Then at the end she was overly exhausted and became a little MONSTER. but we wont go in depth on that.
