i did it!

When I first started designing I had someone with a typepad blog approach me for a design. I took the challenge and I did it. It took time, and definitely isn't the best design that I have ever done, but she was happy with it and that was what mattered. I have had my name on the list of typepad designers since then, but haven't had any clients.
Then recently I had a few typepad orders. I took them on, but was super nervous. On Monday night I finished this lovely!

Laurie came to me with a sketch for a header and color ideas. We played around for a while and finally found the perfect color scheme.

The whole process was such a learning experience. I literally did everything different from the first time and it turned out beautifully! I am proud of the design itself, but I am even prouder that it is a typepad blog!

Now I can't wait to work on the other two typepad designs I have waiting!
