Once a month our family gets to stay in a local casino for free. We take advantage of this time every month and go to dinner, do a little swimming, and have some relaxing fun.
Last month we learned a few things about staying out overnight. Like bring snacks, bring drinks, bring kiddos fan for noise at night. We were so prepared this time.
So on Wednesday night we settled into the room, had a bite, and let little miss put on her brand new swimsuit.

She was so excited to go swimming! We knew that she would be! In fact we didn't even tell her what we were doing until we were on the way to the casino. Once she was dressed she was all smiles.
We went down to the pool and she had a blast!!! We made the mistake of letting her get into the huge hot tub with us (I mean it fits 51 people) and that was definitely where she wanted to stay. After getting in there the pool was way too cold! We tried the actual pool for a while, but ended up back in the tub. She did nothing but jump off the end the entire time and she LOVED it! It was so freaking cute!
Then we went back to the room (after basically being chased out by some awful kids), showered, and got into our jammies. Kiddo got a pudding cup and we settled in for the night.
After watching cartoons for a bit we told her at 9 something that it was bed time. We turned the lights down and she went right to sleep. That's how I know she had lots of fun in the pool... Because this kid rarely goes right to sleep! We woke up and it was VALENTINES DAY! so we gave her our little card with candy and stickers and hung out a little while. Then it was time to swim again!!! She wasn't as fearless as the night before, but she still had lots of fun!
The rest of the day was spend at home relaxing and eating the most amazing homemade lobster tail, king crab legs, corn, and coleslaw dinner! I love when we try big meals like that because let me just tell you that it was all so amazing!
Between the night before with my family and then the day at home it was the most amazing Valentines Day! I seriously couldn't be any luckier!
