24 year old SAHM that is still learning!

When I saw Becky's post about this link up I was so excited! Then I was super nervous. I always get really nervous when I try to do a post about myself. 

Then I realized why...

I am still discovering who I am. 

So you get to go through it all and learn who I am while I am learning!

 

Here is what I do know!

I am a 24 year old woman madly in love with my family! I am a SAHM/WAHM to the most amazing little 3 year old in the world. I am so serious when I say that this little girl has my heart in the palm of her hand. I am so lucky to be able to stay home with her every single day while still working as a blog designer. I get to watch her grow daily, while letting the creative side of myself out to play as I make other people's blog suit them. What could be better right? I am also engaged to the most amazing man in the world! We met by chance 5 years ago and have been together ever since. These two make my family, they make my world! 

Here are some things that you may not know about me though...

About 9 months ago my little family and I moved from Georgia (the state that I grew up in) to Wisconsin to be near his family. It is hard at times to be away from everything that you have ever known, but it was definitely a move that was best for our family. I have grown so much on my own since we have moved. It's like being away from everything that I have ever know gave me the chance to flourish. I am thriving in it and loving getting to know who I am and who I want to be.

I am 5'1" and have recently decided that I need to do something about my weight. I was a size 4 before I got pregnant. I am definitely not a size 4 now. So I have made some decisions and joined a gym. I have found that joining had inspired me to also do better in my choices at home and when we go out. So now you get to join me on my weight loss journey as well. 

So here is the thing... I may not blog as often as I would like to. But I feel that when I blog it should be something of substance. I open my heart on my blog and say the things that sometimes I would have never said otherwise. It is also where I have had the opportunity to "meet" some of the most amazing women ever! So this Women Connect link up that Becky is hosting seems perfect! I am so excited to connect with some of you!
