get motivated

I am doing much better about balancing work and family lately. 
Now it is time to add something else to the mix to make me a happier momma. 
This mom need to lose weight!
Like yesterday! 
I have posted on here a few times about doing this. I would start strong and then the motivation would fade out within a week or so. Then I would continue to eat the awful fatty food and feel guilty afterwards. And soda...don't me started! I have been drinking several a day! 
All of this, combined with sitting so much to work on designs, has made me GAIN WEIGHT!
Ready to get personal???
I am 5'1" and I have consistently weighed 155 lbs (don't judge) since my daughter was born. I obviously haven't been in love with this weight, but I was used to it. Over the last couple of months I have gained lbs! I'm sure some of you are like "Get a grip! It's 10 lbs!" But what you don't realize is that with my height any weight fluctuation shows big time! That 10 lbs has been enough to make my boobs go from a C cup to a D cup. 
So NOW is the time to get motivated! I am not  by to lose weight by sitting on my ass all day and just eating whatever I want. So I am starting this the week of THANKSGIVING! I am going to seriously work on portion control and try to work healthier recipes into our rotation. I found Skinnytaste and it looks yummy, yet healthy. Have any of you tried this while trying to lose weight? Does it help? I keep hearing about Paleo diet. But let's face it. I can't afford to strictly shop organic. It's yummy, but that shit gets expensive!
So the other thing I need help with is this...
What do you all do to lose weight? 
I am about to do my first day of The Couch to 5k, but I want to do more. I am waiting for Anytime Fitness to contact me so that I can find out prices. But I still kind of need help on what to do at home if I can't afford a gym membership.
I also want you all to help hold me accountable. Text me, call me, or email me to tell me to get my butt into gear and go do something! Email me your favorite healthy recipes! Your favorite workout playlist! And even your fitness routine! 
I have to do something about this if I am every going to lose it.
Today is the day I am going to start doing it!
