her first movie

Yesterday was a big day for my little family!

We took Baby Bear to the movies for the first time ever! We have been putting is off because, at home, she can't even sit still for a few minutes to watch a movie. We didn't want to take her to a movie and have to leave a few minutes later because she wouldn't sit there or be quiet. 

Then previews for a movie came out and every time a song came on the radio from the preview she would get all excited. What was Baby Bear's  first movie???

Wreck-It Ralph was seriously a great choice. 

We got to the theater and let her choose popcorn (because I snuck in Halloween candy) and she got to choose her soda. Then we went in to our theater. Since we live in such a small town, and it was only the second showing, we had the whole thing to ourselves.

We chose our seats and she was so freaking cute!

She sat there through all of the previews wearing these and asking when the movie was coming on. She was in awe when the lights went down and the movie actually started. I LOVED it! I expected to have to get up a bunch for the bathroom and stuff, but not once. The only time I even got up was for a soda refill. I was a proud momma because she did so well!

I see many many more movies in our future now that we know she will do it so well!
