If Baby Bear is awake, and the tv is on, it has to be on one of her cartoons. But Mommy and Daddy can only stand so much of these shows that she loves. So one day I noticed Lindsey letting her adorable little girl, Kate, watch a movie on her ipad and showed it to Papa Bear. Then it hit us! We have the disney junior app on our phones, AND we have the touchpad that she can use!
Just like that Papa Bear and I are able to watch whatever we want even before the 8:00 bed time. I have to admit it though, I think it is seriously one of the cutest things ever to see her watching the Octonauts or Doc McStuffins so quiet like that. She will literally ignore the world while those shows are on in front of her like that!

ReplyDeleteI have recently found the awesomeness that is finally being able to watch what I like watching on the television. Bubbie just turned 3 & I've started letting him watch Netflix on my Nook. I've seriously been thinking about getting something similar to an iPad or something once I find a new job... I think it'll help in more ways than just winning back my tv... :D

It's so nice to watch TV that doesn't have an animated character in it...but the Octonauts are pretty darn cool!!
