Water Park

Okay everybody, this post should pretty much be short and sweet. I just wanted to go ahead and get caught up while we have the chance!
So ever since my first trip here Papa Bear has always told me about all of the indoor waterparks here and how cool they were. Well this year we decided we were finally going to go to one together because (we hoped) it would be something that Baby Bear would LOVE doing!
The place  we went to was so cool! It's a huge resort! You would never have to leave if you were staying there because everything you need from water parks to movie theaters is right there in the resort! I didn't want to take my camera into the water park because I didn't want to risk ruining it. But I did get a picture before we walked in!

This was in the lobby. The place was amazing! We were also so right about the waterpark! She LOVED it! We tried the wave pool first and she enjoyed it for a couple of minutes. But then we decided to take her to the kiddie pool. It was so cool with little water slides and tunnels and a kiddie lazy river. Sydney played  and played for a couple of hours. Papa Bear and I went and rode one adult water slide while Grandma played with  Baby Bear  for a minute. But about halfway through the line we decided that this water slide would be the only one we would ride because we wanted to play with Sydney since us going there was about her more than us. Then when we get to the top we find out that she could have gone down with us and I was bummed that she was all the way down in the kiddie pool. We played a few more minutes after this then we decided it was time to go. 

After playing we went out for lunch. We went to this place the first year that I came up here and it was amazing! I may have over romanticized it a little bit over the last three years though because ( even though it was good) it wasn't quite as good ad I remember it being. Then we went and drove around looking at houses since  Baby Bear  had passed out right after we left the restaurant and I knew that as soon as we tried to move her in the house she would wake up. 

This week has been a blast so far and the fun just keeps going! Today we are going to go to a friends house and have a play date!  Baby Bear  will hopefully have fun because both of the kids are right around her age! I'll let you know how it went tomorrow!
