Play Date

Well, I am a little late with this post! But on Wednesday we took  Baby Bear  to a friend's house to have a play date with her daughter(s). She has a daughter named Aaliyah that is right at Sydney's age. Then She has a daughter named Abby that I want to say was 10 months old.  Baby Bear  spends 99% of her time with just Papa Bear and I. So I was excited to let her play with someone her age (in a baby-proofed house) while Papa Bear and I got to visit with someone our age. We don't really know ANYONE where we live so it was really nice!
As soon as we walked into the door  Baby Bear  and Aaliyah instantly started playing together! It was adorable to me. There was one moment when they walked into the playroom holding each other's hands. A little while after we got there Becky's sister came over with her children so there were three that were fairly close in age that could play together.

Here is Aaliyah, Isabella, and  Baby Bear . It was really cute watching them all play together. There were times though when she would just start playing on her own though. It was so nice to have a day to visit with friends. When it was time to leave  Baby Bear  didn't even want to go. Becky made us a yummy lunch and gave us a brownie. She was so sweet for doing it and I can't wait to visit them again! 

After we left we took Baby Bear to see her Great Grandma again! She was of course shy at first. But she warmed up to her after a few minutes!

After this we went to Grandma's work and ate dinner with her. So it was a big day of visits! 

Well that's one blog post down. I unfortunately still feel like I have lots of catching up to do. I have like two more posts for this blog and then one for  Baby Bear's blog. I think that I may be playing catch up with the blogs this week!
