Okay, so I know I posted last week about my new beginnings. Well The week didn't turn out as I had planned. Not only did I not do what I wanted, but I was worse than normal. I ate a ton of fudge this week (thanks Mom!) and I didn't exercise at all. Like not even a tiny bit!
Well this week I started following Erin and this morning she did a post about new beginnings as well. It felt so great to see another mom going through the same feelings as me. She motivated me to give my "New Beginnings" another go. So I contacted her and asked if she wanted to do it together so that we could be each others motivators. Today we both started day one of our one year journey to weight loss. I just really want to lose my post baby weight and I am happy to not be doing it alone.
I am going to set goals kind of like what Erin did. I want to be back to my "happy" size a year from today. So on December 10, 2012 I will be posting before and after photos. Hopefully I will post some between ones as well. I hope that between my apps, a motivating hubby, and a new friend to do this with that we can accomplish our goals to a happier, and healthier, me!
Here is how I plan to begin:
- I will start with healthier choices on what I eat and drink by using (using my fitness pal)
- I will follow this for the first 20 days and then find new workouts
- I will walk 5 times a week. (Hopefully atleast one mile)
- I will try to talk to Erin daily fort motivation on my part and hers.
After these 20 days are over I hope to have lost a little and will find harder workouts This is where I'm sure Pinterest will be my best friend again!
