Monday Randoms

This weekend was overall a pretty nice one if you ask me. Here is my recap mixed in with a few randoms. 

1. Friday I finished the design for The Wilkerson Way and then did an entire design for Tammyfantasyland. I have to admit that I am pretty proud of both of the designs and so happy that I was able to do them!

2.On Saturday we went to my mom's house to celebrate my little sister's 21st birthday. I still can't believe that she is 21. I don't know why but it's just suck a shock to me! I love her and hope she had an amazing birthday! I know she did lots of shopping and I am slightly jealous. 

3. Sunday was the perfect LAZY day. We had to go to the grocery store but other than that we were in our pajamas for most of the day and we just watched tv and lounged. I loved it! In fact S was so relaxed that when we were downstairs she just passed out on the couch and we just left her there and let her take a SHORT nap.

4.Sleep Update: Even after being up from 1am to 5 am on Friday morning and not getting any additional sleep during the day on Friday S decided that she wanted to pull the same stunt on Friday morning, only starting it when we were climbing into bed to go to sleep. So we decided that we were really going to let her cry it out. That night every time she woke up we just left her and she cried  screamed for almost an hour each time that she woke up. Then Saturday night she did a little better. Last night (other than waking from a nightmare before we even went to bed) she did even better than the night before. We don't even think that she woke up in the middle of the night. Overall I am thinking that it worked and am hoping it gets much better

5. Did I mention that during my lazy day on Sunday I stubbed my toe going into another room and I'm  pretty positive that I jammed it and bruised the bone pretty badly. There is an aweful bruise on it and it hurts like crazy. At first I thought I broke it, but now I'm not so sure. 

6.I'm pretty excited because today there are going to be some pretty bad storms so the hubby can't work. That means we get an extra day with him! I love having extra days with him! Maybe we will find something extra fun for the kiddo to get into today while he is here.
