Poor Baby Bear

Well, it's 4:44 am and Baby Bear and I have been up for two hours now. If you follow me on twitter then you have heard me mention the last couple of days that Baby Bear has had a fever off and on and just hasn't felt well in general. It's so confusing though, because the sickness seems to come and go! 

On Tuesday she woke up and I couldn't get her off of the couch. She was super whiney, wouldn't eat anything, and then was running a slight fever of 100.6. I finally got her to eat a little bit and it didn't stay down for long at all. This was taken right after the bath I gave her to clean her up.

 

The funny thing is that not long after I took this picture she got up, started playing and seemed to feel fine. It was hard to believe that it was the same energetic little girl who was laying down sick a couple of hours prior. She went to bed okay, then barely slept that night! 

Yesterday she woke up and, aside from being tired, seemed to be feeling fine. She was whiney until we took a nap, but didn't seem to be running a fever or anything. After nap she was awesome. We even went outside and played a little with some sidewalk chalk. 

After that she even helper me make dinner!

Then we played a little and took a bath. After the bath she started not feeling good again and was running a slight fever. We gave her some more tylenol and she went right to bed because she was so tired from being up all night the night before.

Now we are up again and she has a fever of 101.7. That is the highest it has gotten so far. We may have to go to the doctor. I just don't get why whatever it is just comes and goes!
